The student research presentation is due on Thursday, May 23,
2013. Requested topic selection should be emailed direct to me, but will be accepted in class no later than
Thursday, Apr. 11, 2013. Approval will be based on a first receipt
basis. The presentation should be based on a minimum of three references
of which no more than two shall be online sources. The reference page
should be in standard APA 6.0 style format. The length of the oral
presentation should be about fifteen minutes. Note: presentations should
not be "read."
You may use handouts to the class and are
encouraged to use visual support material in your presentation. If you
will need support equipment for your presentation (overhead projector,
TV/VCR, computer for PowerPoint display) please advise the instructor no
later than May 9, 2013.
